Questions people ask
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. We bring everything needed, including drills, drivers, a spirit level and dust sheets to protect your floor.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Have the boxes delivered and clear a bit of floor space where the furniture is going. If you can, leave the boxes unopened so nothing goes missing.
Can you fix furniture to the wall?
Yes. Tall pieces like wardrobes and bookcases are fixed to the wall with the right plugs for your walls, at no extra cost.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes. All the cardboard and plastic leaves with us and gets recycled.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
We check the parts before we start and tell you straight away. Most retailers send replacements quickly, and we’ll agree a time to come back and finish.
Can you take furniture apart for a move?
Yes. Taking apart and rebuilding are priced per item in the same way. Send us a photo of what needs doing.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Saturdays, yes. Early evenings can sometimes work for smaller jobs, so just ask.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card once the job is finished and you’re happy with it.
